Can a young child take classes at your school?
Yes, we do allow children as young as 3 to enroll. However, we do ask children who are that young to be potty trained. Our classes for our youngest students last 40 minutes. Before you make a decision, we recommend you schedule a day for your child to come in and try a free trial class to see how they do. This way you can see if it is the right time for them to start taking a class. We ask that students wear comfortable clothing for their lessons. (e.g. sweatpants, and t-shirt)
Can the whole family take class?
Yes, and we actually encourage families to take class together. It creates a great learning experience for your children if the whole family is involved.
How many times a week does a student come out for classes?
We have a full range of class times to fit your schedule. We recommend students come atleast 2 times a week to fulfill their required number of classes for belt tests. We understand that sometimes other scheduling conflicts come up. In such instances, students may come make-up a class the following week.

Do I have to be in shape to join?
No, we do not expect students to start out being in good shape. It is our goal to eventually get you in good shape. Your body will be sore after the first week or so of classes.
